Embarresing will use in public, like me on my face. Then I just put so much makeup to go to the store, etc.?

To answer your first question, the skin is unlikely to be a mess. To quote the manufacturer:
"The model of the normal therapeutic response Efudix follows a sequence of redness, blisters, erosions and ulceration followed by epithelial necrosis, without the normal skin. Therefore, the lesions may initially get worse before the dissolution.
